Understand particular terminology that is used in terms and condition page.
- Delivery
1.1 The goods will be dispatched within 3 working days after the order has been received by the company on any working days. This provision is not applicable in case of heavy goods that are large enough to be dispatched and goods for the modification and special orders. The delivery of the goods will be made to the registered address of the customer unless the change has been notified to the company timely.
- First Class Post
Usually, the order under 1kg will be delivered on the exact day when order is received by the company. However, in busy periods, orders take time to be received up to 7 working days. Give us extra time for delivering the food in case of busy sales periods.
- Courier Delivery
The entire items above 1kg will be delivered to you within 3 working days. Additionally, it allows up to 7 working days to deliver the goods finally. During the busy periods, we require extra days to deliver the goods. This is the case of every time, but in case of delays.
- Delivery on Next Working Day
Your order processed before 11: 30 am on Monday to Friday will be offered the next working day facility for delivery. Deliveries will be made up to 5 pm using this service. On the other hand, orders processed after 11: 30 am will be processed to the next working day. If you processed the orders before 11:30 am, you will get extra time for your delivery time.
- Export
5.1 The charge of exporting carriage depends on the prevailing rate at the current date of dispatching. The company will inform the customer about the total debited amount before supplying the goods.
5.2 The customer is sole responsible for any importing and exporting license expenses. The customer will be liable to your own expenses for export license and other documentations.
- Non-Delivery and Transit Delays
6.1 The customer must examine and inspect the goods as soon as goods dispatched to them or at the stores before buying the goods. In case of any complaints of physical and delivery damages, customers need to inform the customer care department of the company within 14 days of delivery. The customer care department will address your complaints regarding any delivery or physical damages on your request.
6.2 The queries of the customers regarding shortage of goods shall be made within the 14 days of delivery date or dispatch note. Moreover, queries regarding goods invoiced and not delivered will be placed to the customer care department of the company within 14 days of invoice date incorporated with invoice number.
6.3 The company shall not be liable to any compensate the Trade Customer of damages for non-delivery of goods or late delivery of goods. Moreover, the company is not liable of any consequential result of non-delivery or late delivery of goods.
6.4 The above conditions 6.1 to 6.3 do not alter the statutory rights of the customer under distance Selling Regulations.
- Order Cancellations
7.1 In the case of cancellation of any order by the trade customer, company reserves the authority to invoice for whatever difference in the selling price relevant to quantity dispatched adequate to the time period of cancellation including restocking charge. If the difference between real price and price of the website found, the authority is reserved to the company to cancel the order and reimburse you all your payments.
- Warranty and Returns
8.1 Unwanted Goods – The Company offers 14 days return policy for unwanted goods. Our return policy is very simple and hassle-free to claim for unwanted goods. The customer can easily claim for their unwanted goods.
In order to instigate return procedure, you should click here and complete the return form with relevant and genuine information. You must provide only relevant information to the company by filling the request form properly.
The return form must have –
- Full name of the customer and address
- RMA # (if obtained)
- The order number or user ID
This will give us a clear picture to whom the goods belongs and deliver it efficiently to them. The company will not process return request without verifying the identity of the person to prevent wrong dispatched. It is vital to prevent wrong delivery of the goods in the absence of proper information and identity proof.
What we want from you and what you want from us –
- Unwanted goods for replacement incorporated with RMA # will be processed within 7 working days. On the other hand, goods for replacement without RMA # will take up to 30 days to be processed. Having the RMA# reference code is useful for the customers in order to get their goods in replacement.
- The entire refund and replacement issues will be resolved under our terms and conditions policy of sale. You can read the entire terms and conditions policy for more details.
- You are completely obliged to take care of the goods when they are in your possession because we will not consider goods for replacement which are not well treated. Additionally, you must inspect the goods well before buying them. If you return the good then please return original packaging, warranty cards, manuals, all accessories and other documents that you have been provided by the manufacturer.
- While returning goods, make sure to insure your goods and choose the best carrier to deliver. Additionally, try to get proof of delivery from the carrier you choose. Choosing the validated and secure carrier to return goods to us allows you to get the more flexibility and security.
- The shipping charges of goods returned to us will be paid by the customer. The customer will bear all the expenses while returning goods to us such as shipping charges, exporting charges and others.
- The internal documentation must include proof of the purchase and return goods will be associated with original packaging and accessories. The company will not accept the goods for replacement that are sending after 14 days of return policy.
The company will receive all returns within the prescribed 7 days of the return numbers being provided and the goods after that period will be dealt with on individual basis. The customer must be careful while dealing with the goods for replacement such as well packing protective shield in transit. The customer will have to give the identity proof to the company in order to confirm the replacement procedure.
8.2 The unwanted goods returned after the default 7 days time period will be totally under the company judgment regarding charging some late fees or handling charges. The charge of 20 % will be levied on the invoice goods. The customer has to bear all the expenses of returned goods while sending it to the company.
8.3 The faulty and damaged goods under the warranty must be appeared to the company within reasonable time period. The defects can be faulty workmanship, design, materials, or others. Again for possessing replaced good, customer must give a proof to the company. Additionally, you have to give all the associated accessories of the good to the company such as original packaging, manuals, software, etc. Without providing strong identity proof to us, you will not get the refund or other services. It is very imperative for us to verify your identity prior to deliver you products and services.
8.4 The warranties and conditions that are capable of being disqualified by statute or debarred from any contract will affect the statutory rights of the customer.
8.5 The warranty seals associated to any goods supplied by our suppliers, must not be tampered. Moreover, any products having broken warranty seal will not be addressed properly by the company for replacement. The warranty will be invalidated once the seal is broken.
8.6 The warranty period as addressed above is from the specific date of purchase. If the goods are bought under the warranty period then it will continue the warranty period unless the company offers or agreed on other contract. The warranty policy will be reserved and validated until the customer void it by tampering the seal.
8.7 Conditions stated above 8.1 to 8.6 do not affect particular statutory rights of the customer under the consumer protection regulations 2000.
8.8 B grade products are the goods that are all clearance items such as New, end of line, and boxed.
