These terms and conditions basically apply to each transaction on this website. Read them closely and thoroughly as they will not affect your statutory rights. We can change these terms and conditions at any point of time. The changes will be affected from the date of posting it on the site. You will be prompted to read and accept these terms and conditions policy each time you make new account. You just have to read them thoroughly in order to understand the policies of the company.
Make sure that various terms such as prices, delivery times, delivery charges and other policies may apply to purchases made from our stores. There may be variations of the local store goods’ price and national store goods’ price. You have to take care of these things before making your purchase. Therefore, reading these terms and conditions will help you a lot.
Our Contract
You will have the opportunity to edit and change your input texts in before submitting it to the company. Once you submit the details, we will give you an order number and details of the particular products that you have ordered. Additionally, for the customer convenience, we send the details of the products and order reference number via email to your email address for the acknowledgment. Then after, you will get one more email from us to move forward the order processing. You will get email, mentioning the subject “IMPORTANT” under the prices and payment section. Finally, the acceptance of your order and legal contract will be emerged when the company will send you the confirmation mail of your order. However, the company has sole power to discard your order for any reason, and you will be informed via confirming email.
Deciding whether your order accepts or not, we need to require few relevant information from your side including credit check with Experian limited. We transfer your data to Experian limited to check and examine it with the public and private database. This process prevents you from fraudulent operations and transactions.
We will inform you when your payment details will not be authorized for any particular reason and invite you to pay from another method by visiting our stores. Make sure the products may be varying in respect of color, design and features as compared to the products on the website.
Prices and Payments
The prices and charges over this website are in Euro or UK pounds. The prices are free from delivery charges. The total cost of the order will include product prices, delivery charges, and additional service chargers such as installation. All these charges will be set out properly in your shopping basket prior to submit the order. Prices, products and offers are subject to the availability and can be changed any time, but not after accepting your order. In case something is unavailable, we offer you the best alternative.
Important: We try our best to present only the relevant and accurate information over the site. However, occasionally an error can take place. In case we find out any error in the price or description of the products on the website, we reserve the authority to cancel your order right the moment, even though you have got the order confirmation email.
We will contact you immediately when we come across to the error. We will ask you whether you will continue the order with correct price or cancel it. If you choose cancel option, you will be refunded all amounts if you paid in advance.
We accept the payments from PayPal account and major debit and credit cards. Payment will be deducted when we process the order and payment will be taken once you collect the goods.

Delivery and Installation

We can reach to all area, territories and address of UK excluding particular Channel Islands to deliver large appliances. For the customers residing in Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly and few Scottish islands, we hire third party agents where additional charges will be levied. Each and every item should have a signature on delivery except the items that can be sent through post as they are enough to fit into the letterbox. Always keep the receipt in safe place enclosed with the goods.
Delivery Charges
We take every necessary step to keep our delivery charges very low for the customer convenience. Basically, our delivery charges are based on the type of the product you ordered and the services. Whether you want standard delivery service of 5 working days or premium service, you will be charged only one time for the same category of multiple products at a time. If the products fall under different categories then the charges will be increased.
You need to view delivery charges according to the terms and conditions before submitting your order. The delivery process and arrangements will differ if you choose direct supplier to deliver your product.
How we deliver
Mostly, we deliver small products via courier or by post. If your product can be delivered by post then you can choose premium service to increase the process speed by giving minimal extra charges. Our courier service providers are Interlinke Express, Parcelforce, DHL, DPD, Duetshce Post and Royal Mail.
Delivery Times
For particular products, we specify “Expected Delivery Date”.
For other cases, set the time below the messages by calculating it including all working days and excluding bank holidays. If you place your order after 12 pm then count your delivery time from the following working day. Therefore, try to place order before 11 am to consider the same working day to count for the delivery time.
Courier Deliveries and Standard Postal
Standard postal and courier deliveries should reach to the customers within 5 to 7 working days after placing the order. In case of any delays due to higher sales period, try to avoid disappointment and give extra time to deliver your products to you. You will get your goods at your doorstep instantly as soon as the company verifies your payments and order information.
Premium Courier delivery services
If you order a small product to be delivered via courier then you can avail premium courier services by simply paying minimal extra charges. With this service, your product will be delivered to you on the exact date and time. This service is not applicable in case of products supplied by the supplier. If you are buying the goods or products directly from our suppliers then the premium courier service will not be entertained by you.
You will be informed via email containing a link to the courier service provider’s website including the parcel number. This parcel number will help you to track your courier right at your doorstep. Usually, the standard deliveries are made at 9am and 5pm. All the couriers must be signed before collecting it from the courier service provider. If you are not available at your home when the courier comes, there will be a card left by the courier delivery person with his contact number so that you can call him once you see the card.
Important: We do everything to deliver all goods at the specified delivery times even before the delivery times. However, there are some factors that are beyond the control and affects delivery times. We will inform you in case of any problems and delays in delivering your products. We will send you an email containing the information for further proceedings. For Scottish islands, customers need to allow extra time for delivery.
Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Orders
We try hard to ensure you that you get your products completely clean and free from any damages i.e. in pristine condition. If you don’t receive your products then please track it via our tracking facility. You just simply logon to your personal account by inputting your ID and password and then track the location of your products. If your order is not in the track then you can directly contact to the company for any assistance.
Company After sales and Return Policy
Cancellations of Home Delivery Items
We will refund or exchange your purchased products, if you return the products within 14 days and an unopened product included with all accessories, free gifts and other documents related to the products. However, make sure that you made the claim within the prescribed and given time period for canceling the purchase.
This will not affect your customer rights. If you have opened the packaging then you can still return the goods to us before 7 working days following the day goods are delivered to you.

Make sure that working days means all the days except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. The cancellation process will be entertained only on the working days.
In all circumstances, the product must not be damaged and tampered instead in a new condition. In case you have opened the box to examine the product, take care that you didn’t tamper anything. Make sure that the product is not used and installed while returning it. You just sealed the products in the original packaging with all the accessories that you have got with the product.
If you abide with the above given conditions then we will refund you the cost of the product including the delivery charges that you have paid. Refunding process will take 4-5 working days to be credited into your account.
While the goods are in your possession, take reasonable care of them until they are returned.
The cancellation process will be void if:
- You have used and installed the product
- You return the products to the store without any genuine purchase proof
Faulty Goods
We try to respond on each individual’s queries and requirements. If you find any fault in the delivered products under the guarantee period of 12 months from the delivery date, we offer prompt repair service. Whether you find fault or any other defects, you are entitled for availing the repair services. You can exchange the products or choose the refund service if the products is remaining faulty for consecutive 28 days of delivery. However, we reserve the authority to inspect all the products to verify the faults and defects.
In order to qualify for the refund or exchange, product must be:
- In a new condition and not tampered
- Complete package with all accessories and other related documents
- Pack with the original box and packaging
Due to the transmission varying nature on satellite and cable, we cannot sure or monitor what channels you have access to. You may contact to your service provider to get the list of obtainable services. You have to adhere to the additional terms and conditions of the service provider for better processing.
It is completely up to you to choose a particular service provider according to your needs and requirements. However, there are several service providers available that offer best satellite services to the customers. Contact to your service providers to get CAM modules for their available services. We cannot help you to choose the intended service provider. You can consult your service provider for any assistance.
Please Note: The particular receivers we sell are free to air. Our receivers include CI (common interface) slot that allows the receiver to get access of the encrypted services. In order to avail the service, customers must have CAM (Conditional Access Module) that will be available from your service provider or dealer. You may also need to contact your service provider for making payments for these kinds of services.
Make sure that you have checked the compatibility with the service provider and arrange the technical assistance before buying the product. We will not provide technical assistance on the behalf of your service provider. You can take assistance from the manual provided to you with the products while installing it.
Any kind of illegal and unauthorized hardware or software enhancements make the receivers void automatically and the warranties will be void of the goods. Moreover, any liabilities arising from such kind of activities will pass to the respective and relevant authority.
The warranty seals marked on the company goods or supplier goods must not be broken. Any products without warranty seal will be termed as invalidated for the services. Customers need to take care of the goods properly when goods are in their possession. The company will entertain the goods that are not damaged and tampered after delivering it to the customers. The warranty seal must be present on the goods for availing repair services and refund services from the company.
